kan jeg g\u00e5 500 meter<\/strong> &#8211; jeg tr\u00e6ner 2 x 30 minutter hver dag&#8230; Jeg lytter til radioen, mens jeg tr\u00e6ner, og jeg kan nu tr\u00e6ne i 40 minutter p\u00e5 modstandsniveau
