I mange \u00e5r har jeg taget p\u00e5 i v\u00e6gt hvert \u00e5r. Jeg levede et aktivt liv, indtil jeg blev en inkomplet tetraplegiker efter en alvorlig bilulykke. <\/strong><\/p>

I de sidste 8 \u00e5r har jeg ikke v\u00e6ret i stand til at tr\u00e6ne – i hvert fald ikke indtil jeg fik min Combi Bike Plus fra LEMCO.<\/p>

Jeg bruger tr\u00e6ningscyklen to gange om dagen, om morgenen n\u00e5r jeg st\u00e5r op og f\u00f8r jeg sover.<\/strong> For hver dag jeg tr\u00e6ner, f\u00f8ler jeg mere styrke. Gentagelserne og den j\u00e6vne bev\u00e6gelse g\u00f8r det til en gl\u00e6de at bruge. <\/p>
