Das Pflege- und Rehabilitationsheim GuldBoSund ist privat gef\u00fchrt und beherbergt 50 Bewohner aus ganz D\u00e4nemark sowie 10 Pl\u00e4tze in der Rehabilitationsabteilung f\u00fcr zahlende G\u00e4ste. B\u00fcrger kommen unter anderem mit Frakturen und Paresen zur Reha und ben\u00f6tigen Rehabilitation.<\/p>

Das kognitive und k\u00f6rperliche Training der Bewohner wird von Ergotherapeut Rune Nielsen und einem Physiotherapeuten betreut. Sie erg\u00e4nzen sich gegenseitig und nutzen das Combi Bike Plus in den Trainingseinheiten.<\/p>

GuldBoSund investierte 2019 in das Combi Bike Plus, so Rune Nielsen, der einen Hintergrund im Bereich Hilfsmittel hat. Sie besa\u00dfen bereits ein motorisiertes Trainingsger\u00e4t, aber da die Zahl der Bewohner zunahm, war eine andere L\u00f6sung erforderlich. Nach einiger Recherche im Internet entdeckten sie das Trainingsger\u00e4t von Lemco Mobility, eine d\u00e4nisch entwickelte Technologie ohne Motor.<\/p>

– Combi Bike Plus ist perfekt auf die Zielgruppe der \u00e4lteren Menschen zugeschnitten, die h\u00e4ufig einen unsicheren Gang haben, sowie auf Personen im Rollstuhl. Es ist ideal f\u00fcr Personen, die Rehabilitation ben\u00f6tigen, und eignet sich auch hervorragend f\u00fcr das Selbsttraining. Das \u00e4ltere Modell mit Motor ist eher \u201ekrankenhaus\u00e4hnlich\u201c, w\u00e4hrend das Combi Bike Plus stilistisch ansprechender ist, sagt er.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Das Combi Bike Plus befindet sich im Erdgeschoss der Rehabilitationsabteilung. Zuerst war es im Fitnesscenter im ersten Stock. Als jedoch 2020 Corona kam, wurde das Fitnesscenter geschlossen. Rune Nielsen behauptet, dass das Mobilit\u00e4tstrainingsger\u00e4t durch die neue Platzierung nun zug\u00e4nglicher ist und von mehr Personen genutzt wird.<\/p>

– Wir beginnen damit, die individuellen Trainingsanforderungen jedes Bewohners zu ermitteln. Wir verwenden es typischerweise f\u00fcr Personen, die sowohl Kraft als auch Fitness ben\u00f6tigen. Zus\u00e4tzlich nutzen die Bewohner es als Aufw\u00e4rm\u00fcbung f\u00fcr andere \u00dcbungen, wie zum Beispiel Gymnastik, sagt Rune Nielsen und f\u00e4hrt fort:<\/p>

– Da der Widerstand abgestuft werden kann, k\u00f6nnen wir den Widerstand an eine Vielzahl von Personen anpassen, basierend auf ihren k\u00f6rperlichen F\u00e4higkeiten. Die Arme k\u00f6nnen helfen, die kreisenden Bewegungen auszuf\u00fchren, wenn der Benutzer beispielsweise eine eingeschr\u00e4nkte Mobilit\u00e4t in den Beinen hat, und umgekehrt.<\/p>

Das Mobilit\u00e4tstrainingsger\u00e4t erm\u00f6glicht es dem Benutzer, H\u00e4nde und F\u00fc\u00dfe einfach in einem 360-Grad-Kreis zu bewegen. Ohne inkonsistente Drehbewegungen wie bei anderen Trainingsger\u00e4ten sorgt die BEAT-Technologie daf\u00fcr, dass der Benutzer einen gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigen Tritt in den Pedalen hat. Das Combi Bike Plus kann sogar von stark gel\u00e4hmten Bewohnern genutzt werden, und Sie k\u00f6nnen dann ganz einfach Ihre Geschwindigkeit, Zeit und Distanz auf dem Display des Mobilit\u00e4tstrainingsger\u00e4ts verfolgen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

– Wenn wir einen Bewohner mit schlechter Lungenkapazit\u00e4t haben, nutzen wir das Combi Bike Plus f\u00fcr Intervalltraining, damit die Herzfrequenz des Bewohners steigt und die Lungen gest\u00e4rkt werden, ohne die Bewohner zu sehr zu belasten. Das bedeutet, dass der Bewohner leichter gehen kann, auch wenn er oder sie Atemprobleme hat, sagt Rune Nielsen. <\/span><\/p>

– Wir bieten sowohl Einzel- als auch Teamtraining in der Reha an, und da das Combi Bike Plus so einfach zu bedienen ist, nutzen es die Bewohner auch, wenn die Physiotherapie geschlossen ist und am Wochenende. Ein Bewohner, der sein Gleichgewicht, seine Kraft und seine Fitness verbessern muss, kann mit dem Combi Bike Plus mit Vorteilen selbst trainieren, sagt er.<\/p>

Sie beginnen typischerweise mit einem Widerstand von vier und passen dann den Widerstand an. Manchmal gibt es Wettbewerbe unter den Bewohnern, insbesondere M\u00e4nnern, um zu sehen, wer in k\u00fcrzester Zeit die meisten Kilometer fahren kann.<\/p>

Die Nutzung eines Mobilit\u00e4tstrainers hat auch einen zus\u00e4tzlichen Vorteil:<\/p>

– Combi Bike Plus leistet im Wesentlichen einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Erreichung des \u00fcbergeordneten Ziels, unter anderem rehabilitativ und gesundheitsf\u00f6rdernd zu sein. Es tr\u00e4gt dazu bei, dass die Bewohner das Training erhalten, das sie ben\u00f6tigen. Die Bewohner haben mehr Freiheit, weil sie selbst trainieren k\u00f6nnen, sagt Rune Nielsen.<\/p>
