Das f\u00fchrt zu einem anderen Bewegungsmuster.<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">In der Welt, in der ich unterwegs war, nennen wir das einen Bewegungssparer \u2013 das hei\u00dft: Man l\u00e4uft so wenig wie m\u00f6glich, ist aber immer auf R\u00e4dern. Die H\u00e4modialyse ist ein fantastischer Ort daf\u00fcr.<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Aber ich war etwas skeptisch, als man mich ermutigte, w\u00e4hrend der Dialyse bei der Dialyse-Radkampagne \u201eK\u00f8ge nach K\u00f6ln\u201c zu radeln.<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">W\u00e4hrend der Dialyse hatte ich oft Blutdruckabf\u00e4lle und die damit verbundenen Beschwerden.<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">So stur, wie ich war \u2013 und so weise wie ein 75-J\u00e4hriger \u2013 weigerte ich mich, w\u00e4hrend der Dialyse zu radeln.<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Krankenschwester Karin ermutigte mich, es einfach zu versuchen \u2013 nur ein bisschen. Nur 2 km. Aber das schien furchtbar weit. Ich weigerte mich weiterhin. Doch Karin war noch sturer als ich.<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Also fuhr ich die 2 km.<\/p> <p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Zu meiner \u00dcberraschung war es nicht so schlimm, wie ich erwartet hatte. Von da an tat ich, was Karin sagte, und fuhr die 2 km. Im Lager kehrte Frieden ein. W\u00e4hrend ich radelte, hatte ich keine Blutdruckabf\u00e4lle.<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Irgendwann meldete sich mein Macho-Gen, und ich fuhr w\u00e4hrend der Dialyse 16 km.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Meine Beine taten sehr weh. Anfangs \u00e4rgerte ich mich \u00fcber die Schmerzen \u2013 aber die Vernunft siegte, und ich machte weiter. Von da an war es ein voller Erfolg.<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Meine Dialysesitzungen wurden immer besser, je l\u00e4nger ich radelte. Solange ich radelte, hatte ich keine Blutdruckabf\u00e4lle.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Aber das war nicht der einzige Vorteil \u2013 meine Stimmung verbesserte sich deutlich, und meine Lebensqualit\u00e4t insgesamt stieg. Nach und nach entwickelte sich alles stetig. Ich sammelte immer mehr Kilometer in den Beinen.<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Irgendwann erreichte ich 20\u201325 km pro Dialyse. Meine Beine taten immer noch weh, aber der Muskelkater lie\u00df jedes Mal schneller nach.<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Meine allgemeine Fitness verbesserte sich.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Ich liebe gute Musik \u2013 sie hilft mir, einen Rhythmus zum Treten zu finden. Das macht es angenehm. Schlie\u00dflich kam ich auf etwa 30 km, und dann wurde es zum Sport. Ich musste meinen Rekord schlagen, obwohl wir nicht ganz sicher waren, wie weit ich tats\u00e4chlich gefahren war.<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Mein Richtwert waren 36 km \u2013 erreicht mit einem angenehmen Schmerz in den Beinen.<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Der neue Rekord musste gebrochen werden. Dann schaffte ich 41 km \u2013 und sogar 43 km, das ist mein aktueller Rekord.<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Aber das Interessanteste ist nicht mein Rekord \u2013 sondern die Freude, die mir das Radfahren w\u00e4hrend der Dialyse gibt.<\/strong><\/p> <p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Man kann danach immer nach Hause gehen und Muskelkater haben. Ich bin nicht nur k\u00f6rperlich fitter geworden \u2013 ich bin auch mental st\u00e4rker geworden. Ich bin optimistischer in Bezug auf meine Lebenssituation als Dialysepatient.<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><strong>Das Radfahren w\u00e4hrend der Dialyse hat mich auch au\u00dferhalb der Dialyse bewegungsorientierter gemacht. Fr\u00fcher war ich ein Bewegungssparer \u2013 jetzt bin ich bewegungsbewusst.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Ich wollte l\u00e4nger radeln, aber da wir Dialysepatienten uns ein Fahrrad teilen, gab es eine Grenze, wie weit ich fahren konnte. Also hielten wir zu Hause einen Familienrat ab. Wir entschieden, dass ich mein eigenes Dialysefahrrad haben sollte \u2013 eines, das auch andere Dialysepatienten nutzen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p><p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Das wurde in die Wege geleitet. Jetzt k\u00f6nnen wir uns alle dar\u00fcber freuen, dass mehrere von uns Dialysepatienten w\u00e4hrend der Behandlung radeln k\u00f6nnen.
