Exerciser for Spinal Cord Injury c2-c6
Designed to be used for SPI
I suffer from incomplete spinal cord injury after an abscess from C2-C6. I want to change from M****** to COMBI BIKE Plus
As a result, I experience spasms in all limbs, as well as weakness in arm and leg muscles and constant pain, also in arms and legs, and in the entire back musculature.
I tried it myself and was instantly convinced
During my REHAB in Karlsruhe from May 11th to 13th, 2017, I had the opportunity to test the Combi bike plus exercise trainer from Lemco on several occasions.
I use a M*******, the Combi Exercises both arms and legs
Compared to the M****** exercise trainer, which I am currently using, the Combi bike plus allows simultaneous strengthening and relaxation of both arms AND legs.Â
With the M******, I have to choose whether I want to train my arms or legs, and switching to the arm trainer is quite annoying.
Additionally, I have to stand up every time to make the switch, which means climbing out of the device, and I have fallen a few times in the process.
Extremly user-friendly
What I also find very user-friendly is that the Combi bike plus does not require a power connection. The M****** needs electricity, the socket is close to the ground, and if a spasm hits me, I also fall when plugging or unplugging the plug into the socket.
Moreover, I often do not have the strength to connect the power. And I don’t want to leave the device permanently connected to the power.
For the aforementioned reasons, I hereby request approval for the Combi bike plus exercise trainer.
For the aforementioned reasons, I hereby request approval for the Combi bike plus exercise trainer.
